IQService Incorrect Password

I am trying to get a successful connection to our Active Directory connector, but I keep getting the following error message: Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Errors returned from IQService. Client authentication failed with error - The user name or password is incorrect
I have registered the user with IQService, but this leads me to believe the password is not the one from AD? How do I know what password was used when registering this account?

Hi @Alyson_Trad,

Once you used it to register the IQService there is no direct way to get the password. Also have you validated the connection is working from IQService?
