Intake Process for IIQ/ IDN

Just curious if anyone has created an intake process for their developer/application teams to get onboarded into your organization’s IIQ/ IDN instance.

Example: A ServiceNow Catalog Item (intake form) that collects the core information and has fulfillment workflow wherein a member of IIQ/ IDN team reviews the data, adds/edits the data and once the task is complete, generates a JSON payload for creating the source.
