Hello Experts, is there a way to have a field marked as “review required” in IDN as we do in IIQ?
I’m affraid this is not possible in IDN - at least if you expect the form to pop up before the provisioning is executed.
You can see what was the content of the provisioning plan in the provisioning transactions log but you won’t be able to generate form like in IIQ.
No, IDN doesn’t support this feature.
If you need this input on a particular trigger/use case you can explore the option of using a Workflow for the same. Workflows in IDN has the capability to trigger a form and get input from desired user.
Thanks Kamil, our use case is that the user needs to select a value from a pre defined list of values before the request is submitted for a particular entitlement. Somthing for which we would have used allowed value definition and review required in IIQ. I guess we dont have that in IDN. Thanks for clearing it up
