I have a weird question.
I am running entitlement aggregation, and it has been running for almost 30 minutes and not stopping (before it was usually 1 minute). Is there any way to abort or somehow terminate the operation just like with account aggregation?
I have seen times where an account or entitlement aggregation takes much longer than normal, it typically does resolve after a while, but if not, there could be a task stuck somewhere on the backend. Typically, in cases like that I’ve reached out to support and they’re able to stop those tasks that are stuck. After that aggregation runs normally.
Hi! I have had these weird behaviours with several task, like aggregation and workflows running without ending. You can kill them like somebody told, or just left it run until it ends. It occurs more in sandbox (I did not see yet something similar on prod). I remember some time it was due to some tenant manteinance.
