Duplicate Entitlements from Account Aggregation and Group Aggregation
If it is web service connector, then check response mapping of account aggregation and group aggregation, in entitlement type configuration check entitlementId and entitlementName flags.

@clebercarvalhoRaise make sure you have updated the entitlement type field and made the schema properly and then run the aggregation as shown below

@clebercarvalhoRaise please follow below steps to resolve the issue:
Step1: First of all what decide what is it when you aggregate account whether it is entitlement name or id?
Step2: You should first check whether it is entitlement id or name is required to send a access request for provisioning.
Step3: Once you know that have that configured in account schema as entitlement.
Step4: Then the next step is to configure entitlement schema here you need to choose the account id which is configured in account schema as entitlement.
Step5: Once you configure above steps reset your source (entitlement and account).
Step6: First aggregate accounts and then aggregate entitlements, you will see the correct correlation between the entitlement aggregated during account aggregation and entitlement aggregation.
