Iam trying to add new identity in identityNow admins source, i downloaded the list of users and added the new user and imported the CSV file.
the identity is created but with error missing mail address although i already added the mail address.
this happened in the UAT environment, i imported the same CSV file on sandbox environment and the user created successfully.
any idea what is the issue ?

Please check if idnadmin identity profile email mapping is there .

Can the e-mail simple be in the wrong “column”? or you’re missing a comma on the file?

i uploaded the same CSV file in another environment and it worked so i dont know what is the difference.
