This should return Slpt-Cursor attribute in the response header. It doesn’t return the attribute for the cursor. Bug or am i doing something wrong?

I discovered the same issue and created the post The beta/entitlements endpoint doesn't return the Cursor, but I haven’t heard back anything.

I investigated this with our engineering team and it turns out the cursor based pagination was deprecated last month without notice. Please read my announcement here: Cursor functionality for the Entitlements API has been deprecated.
