Identitynow access from a windows local server

Hi Experts,

We are working on report automation via TIDAL scheduler. For this, we need Identitynow URL accessible from windows server where we will install tidal agent. So basically we need to make sure Identitynow URL accessible from windows server.

I’m working with our firewall team to open required ports to allow the traffic from windows server to URL. But we see the site jumps to a few different domains before settling in {tenant}.identitynow.com like adding a login or an API in the middle of the URL.

It will be verymuch helpful if we get the list of ports/websites that need to be open for web access to the site?

Can your firewall team whitelist by domain, if yes, then do that.

Yes, the domain is already whitelisted. the site jumps to a few different domains before settling in {tenant}.identitynow.com like adding a login or an API in the middle of the URL.

we must allow inbound and outbound traffic from these domains specified by sailpoint for IdentityNow to be fully functional if users are within a restricted network environment, such as behind a firewall or proxy where external network requests might be blocked.
