Hi there, i have setup a new identity profile. all the attribute values are populating correctly. Life cycle state is also getting assigned and email notification is being sent out. but identity page is not showing details like lcs, manager and identity profile…(as screenshot) this is only occuring to users from the new profile.

Even i noticed that you wont be able to see those details in some cases except values of the identity
attributes mapped with the account attributes of the identity. If you want to view all those details use can make use of the search section.You may be able to set life cycle state from the identity page if it is enabled by clicking in actions and also view them.
identityProfile.name:identityProfileName - This query will fetch you all the identities associated with the identity profile.
If you aren’t able to view there too…then some configurations in Identity profile could have gone wrong or may be some configs of the source too…
This is unlikely, those are default attributes for an identity.
Check if this user is in error state, even so it should display.
Take a look and check if anything is missing. Create one more Identity Profile or recreate the same one and see if the same issue persists.
If nothing is wrong and still the issue then I would suggest you to open a support ticket.

It is a bug in the UI, when user doesnt have a manager set.

I agree 1000% this is a recent “bug” introduced by SailPoint and is EXACTLY the behavior noted in my post. This changed midday as we were doing Functional Testing and had screen shots of before / after from about a 2 hour time difference.
