We have created new identity profile, however, all attributes are working except Manager attribute for some identities. We have same configurations working fine in test tenant. I tried re-creating identity profile but same issue. I have checked similar blogs saying it may be a bug. Is it really true, if so what are my next steps? or Can I try any other workaround?
Please check that under the ‘Correlation’ tab in your source that you have configured the ‘Manager Correlation’. Also, that you have your identity profile transform updated with the right details to pull the manager name (e.g., if your HR source in Sandbox has a different name, make sure any transforms represent the PROD name of the source).
If that doesn’t work, check that your identity attribute is Searchable. Someone may have done it in your Sandbox environment and that item didn’t get migrated to PROD. You can use list-identity-attributes | SailPoint Developer Community

Our correlation is set similar to what we have in test and we do not have any transform defined for manager attribute also I have checked our identity attribute is searchable. is there anything else I can try?
If there is a manager at the top of the identity, does that manager have an email address in ISC?
If they do not, you will need to look at your correlation logic. Also, is it possible that the manager the HR system is providing is not in your HR feed any longer?
Thank you! Yes, manager’s email attribute is visible. Looks like we had same identity cube from different source with same email attribute. Once we removed that ID and ran identity refresh we started seeing manager.
