I am unable to see manager details of each Identity in my Identity Warehouse.

There can be several reasons for this you need to check for all the possibilities, some of them are highlighted here:
- Manager details is present in the source/authoritative application.
- The identity attribute mapping for the manager is configured properly.
- The manager correlation is configured properly in the authoritative application
- Refresh Identity Cube task is executed for the given identity, ensuring following checkboxes are checked.
- Refresh manager status.
- Refresh identity attributes
If all the parameters are done then it should definitely appear in you identity warehouse.

Possible reasons are mentioned in previous comments. Just want to add if there is Rule configured in Identity mappings for Manager, make sure it is not setting null values or clearing existing (old) values
