How we can fetch the UserGroup from SAP direct system as on entitlement aggregation we don’t see anything ? Looking for suggestions/help to aggregate these user groups

You will want to look at the account schema. When defining the attribute you can tell ISC that it is an entitlement. See screen print below.
Hi everyone, As SailPoint Suggested that OOTB connector does not support the functionality for extracting the user groups from the accounts profile neither on account aggregation nor on access aggregation, it has not been assigned
can anyone suggest do we have any other way to get these missing user groups?

SAP Direct connector will support entitlement aggregation, we are using sap direct connector and we are able to get groups as well through account aggregation.
Hey @gogubapu as per SailPoint it is not possible through OOTB connector, it generally means those users groups can only be aggregated if they are mapped with an existing account but not all of the user groups if they are not assigned this is blocker for us. We have also tried to run the entitlement aggregation but don’t see the missing usergroups.
