SAP GRC Role aggregation incomplete

We are trying to set up an connector to SAP GRC, we can successfully aggregate users and entitlements.

The problem is that it doesn’t show roles for all the users. only 5 users do have roles and the child roles visible, so it is pulling data from the tables, only there are more users that have roles in SAP GRC and sub systems, and this doesn’t show in Sailpoint.

No authorization issues in SAP, and we have no filters in place. Anyone had the same behavior with the connector?

Does the issue persist? In that case, what kind of error are retrieving?
