need help on creating link between tickets created through snow Service catalog and HTTP request in workflow in IDN, so I wanted the tracking to be done by sailpoint how it does through SDIM…
Note : once manager approves the ticket in service catalog, access request is passed to the IDN where workflow is triggered and we are creating a ticket using HTTP request action, but the ticket created through snow service catalog is getting closed before the closing ticket created through HTTP request in workflow.
can some one help how can this tracking be configured for Service catlog ticket and ticket created via HTTP request in workflow in IDN.
