Hi All,
Is it possible to create a ServiceNow ticket each time a user request is submitted in SailPoint IDN and an email is sent to the access request reviewer? Could someone please provide guidance on the steps needed to accomplish this?
Thanks

If you want to send email and create SNOW ticket after Provisioning Completed, you can use Provisioning Completed Trigger with create snow ticket operation.
Hi @idnlearner,
Yes, it is possible to create a ServiceNow ticket each time a user request is submitted in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and send an email to the access request reviewer.

Thank you!
@Abhishek_1995 @naresh_koorapati2 Thank you for sharing the details.
I reviewed the documentation and noticed the trigger labeled ‘Access Request Submitted,’ which activates for every access request. Is it possible to filter this trigger to apply only to a specific governance group or team responsible for approving the request? It seems that the Input/Output schema does not include the name of the governance group; instead, it lists the member(s)/approver(s) of the governance group.
Is there a way to leverage the IDN APIs to retrieve the governance group name and trigger the ticket with in the subscriptions?
Thanks
