When i had segregated machine accounts like we have service accounts in our source, after classifying them and assign human owner how to enable the provisioning for that accounts, as of now we are correlating them as human accounts in flat file and make them correlate , apart from that is there any otherway to make machine or service accounts get provisioned?

As far as I know, simply assigning a human owner to a machine/service account does not make it provisionable in ISC. The owner relationship is mainly for governance and accountability purposes.
If you need provisioning capabilities similar to human accounts, correlating the account to an identity (as you’re currently doing with your flat file approach) is the only option I’m aware of today.
Below are the out-of-the-box capabilities available for machine accounts.
I’d be interested to hear if anyone has found an alternative approach for this use case.

Note that you will need the Machine Identity license for your tenant for this to be functional.
