Problem: Even after Machine Account Classification is configured and processed the accounts matching the Criteria are not automatically processed as Machine Accounts

Scenario and Machine Account set up Details:

Accounts (Human and Machine) are maintained in t_users table.

accountType - defines the type of account values are Human, Machine

employeeType - defines the category of accounts - Employees, Contractors, Service, Integration

  • Service and Integration are related to Machine Account categories
  • Employees and Contractors are related to Human Account categories

ownerEmail - stores the email of the human identity that owns the Service account

In Sailpoint - JDBC Source is created, and Account schema contains all these properties.

Machine Account Configuration

Subtype - Created a SubType - Name: 8Sept Service Accounts, Technical Name: Service (this matches the value in employeeType property.

Classification configuration is as follows:

I Have already processed the classification. And did multiple account Aggregations. Both machine accounts are displayed as Uncorrelated Accounts.

Mapping - I don’t want to do any configuration. After this flow works will setup this.

Can you tell me what configuration I have missed?
