How to create Email Notification from Workflow step and wanted to send Email Notification after 5 days and then interval of 2 days

Hello,

I have created Manual Work Item from Workflow Step. Once the workflow reach this step I can see Manual Workitem Created.

Now I wanted to send Email Notification to owner for approval and then after 5 days I wanted to send first reminder mail then later send in 2 days Interval.
