How to collect the data from the requestor while requesting Roles/Entitlements via request center

Hi,

I have a requirement to get certain data from the requestor while requesting access and this info should be available in the JDBC provisioning rule as this data is required while creating a user account on the target system.

Please share your thoughts on how to approach this use case.

Hello @MounikaPrathapani,

AFAIK, we can get the details from the requestor as we don’t have access request forms here in ISC like IIQ. Even if we can get the details using forms, we cannot pass that info to the provisioning plan.
