Group Aggregation is failing for all the sources in ISC sandbox

Hi,

The Group aggregation failing for all the sources in our ISC sandbox with the below error. However Account aggregation is working fine. Also I have noticed that in the Aggregation Activity page, source name is not displayed against the entitlement aggregation.

Error: An unexpected error occurred: org.hibernate.ObjectNotFoundException: No row with the given identifier exists: [sailpoint.object.TaskResult#b16666695b2b42f5b5daa977cb93db47].

Kindly let me know if anyone has any insights on this issue as it’s impacting all the sources group aggregation.

Thanks!

Hi Dinesh,

Welcome to SailPoint Developer community.

Which all connectors it is failing, if no entitlement type is selected, you will see this error.

Hi @KRM7,

Thank you.

The Entitlement aggregation was failing for all the sources of type connected. I tried executing the aggregation by selecting Entitlement Aggregation Types - All types, Specific Types. I could not able to find anything related to this error in the ccg logs as well apart from the aggregation activity under Dashboard.

Thanks!

I know you said this is affecting all of your sources, but can you describe what kind of connector(s) your sources are using? For example, Active Directory, Web Services, etc.

Thanks

Hi @MattUribe,

The Source types are ServiceNow SaaS, AD, JDBC etc.

Thanks!

With sources like JDBC, you have to define your entitlement aggregation. However, with AD, this should be out of the box. My initial thought was that perhaps the entitlements aggregation operations just needed to be configured.

Has there been a time in the past where entitlements aggregated successfully?

This might require a case with support.

Matt

The entitlement aggregation was working as expected for all the source types until yesterday and it looks like there is some issue with the sandbox instance as whenever the entitlement aggregation is executed it was not displaying the source name under Dashboard → Aggregation activity.

I have already created a case with SailPoint and working with them. Anyways I thought of checking here on the developers portal for any insights.

Thanks!
