- we tried to create new VM and configured as VA into cluster to connect IQ service for AD related functionalities.
- What errors did you face (share screenshots)?
- post configured VA , we imported all relevant certifications, and ports were enabled between new VA to IQ service machine.
- Share the details of your efforts (code / search query, workflow json etc.)?
- What is the result you are getting and what were you expecting?
- when we tried to password reset getting unknow host hostname.corp.ad (IQ service hostname) error showing and while running corp AD source test connection showing time out error.
