We have detected an error from the managed system. Error Received: Connection reset

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with my Active Directory. When I add my IQ service configuration from AD, the following error occurs:

Where exactly this happened?! As the error is too generic

It happening during test connection on AD source or during aggregation / provisioning?

One key is that the connection rest

which happening when TLS settings/port don’t match, or hostname doesn’t match the cert.

Also have you checked connectivity b/w VA and IQService outside ISC ?
