For the Getting started with AI-Driven identity Security the documentation references “AI-Driven Identity Security for IdentityIQ is accessed in the Identity Security Cloud tenant. IdentityIQ users must work with SailPoint Professional Services to create a tenant and deploy a virtual appliance (VA).”, “Contact Professional Services for more information.” and “contact Professional Services for help.”
While of course PS can assist, the SASP Silver, Gold, Platinum packages also include AI KT and setup assistance as part of the Tenant Connectivity service. This should be noted as SASP is no longer part of PS and nearly all customers have a SASP package where support for Tenant setup and AI setup is already included.
