Hi,

I set the configuration regarding AI-Driven Identity Security in SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.5 and test connection is working but I have this warning:

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Where should I select this plugin to make it work? I have this plugin visible in the GUI:

I would like to run this because I want to enable GenAI Descriptions for Entitlements.

Hi, please check in the IIQ console whether the plugin is enabled. If it’s disabled, enable it, and if it’s already enabled, try disabling and re-enabling it to refresh the configuration
