Can we use IdentityAI with IdentityIQ without having IdentityNow?

Back then 2019, there use to be this security offering from SailPoint Predictive Identity , which is
IdentityIQ + Identity AI (or)
IdentityNow + Identity AI
Now SailPoint is offering solutions as Suite Model.
When you import init-ai.xml, you get Identity AI config in your IdentityIQ.
IdentityAI is a cloud security offering from SailPoint which you need to purchase license. IdentityAI will read data from IdentityIQ and provide the insights.

Let’s understand how IdentityAI works.
IdentityAI is a cloud module or a SaaS offering which provides insights on our data.
IdentityAI gets data from either IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
When you integrate with IdenityAI with IIQ or IDN, you get some AI solutions in IIQ/IDN. for example recommendations in Certification.
As per my knowledge, there was IdentityAI separate cloud service couple of years back. It use to be something like https://identityai.sailpoint.com. I believe that, I have seen the interface as well. Because I was the one of very few people who had opportunity to have Predictive Identity demo session from SailPoint to my organization back in 2019.
I guess, SailPoint replaced that IdentityAI service with IdentityNow. Not to have one more SaaS product, instead merged with IdentityNow. This is history, someone from SailPoint can confirm this.
However, coming to your question. Yes, you need IdentityNow tenant to use IdentityAI interface. You are not going to use actual IdentityNow there, just for AI modules. So, you pay only for AI module which is fine I guess.
