Hi Experts,

We want to integrate existing SailPoint IdentityNow tenant (which has everything established from VA to AI services) with an IIQ environment (currently configuring) to test IdentityIQ AI services , please kick start me with some ideas to achieve this requirement, thanks in advance.

  1. We have test data already available in IDN tenant, should we replicate the same in IIQ or should we proceed with some new data in IIQ.
  2. AI is already working with existing IDN data, if we integrate new IIQ and it’s source database, how will it impact the current existing data in IDN if IIQ has different data.
  3. Can we utilize the VA already established in IDN to connect back and utilize in IIQ or are we supposed to create a new VA.

Hi Sai,

Since you already have test data available in your IDN tenant, you can choose to replicate the same data in IIQ for consistency in testing.
Integrating new data from IIQ and its source database should not impact the current existing data in IDN, as long as the integration is properly configured and does not modify or delete existing IDN data.
