Export access profiles and roles from one tenant to another

Hi Everyone,

Whats the best way to export access profiles and roles from one tenant to another ?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Shailee!

You can use the SP-Config API SP-Config | SailPoint Developer Community or the same API via the CLI: SP Config | SailPoint Developer Community.

Access Profiles / Roles are currently “EXPORT ONLY” so even though you can export them via sp_config, you can’t import them into another tenant.

Nice pointout Ed, thanks - i did miss this part. I hope our upcoming enchacements to Configuration Hub will allow for these kinds of cross-tenants exports for also AP’s and Roles.
