There are new features released to AI-Driven Identity Security called AI Core Attributes: Configuring AI Core Attributes
Once your tenant is completely set-up and configured for AI services, you will be prompted to select your tenant’s AI core identity attributes from a list of attributes rated by relevance. The list is formed after SailPoint analyzes your organization’s identity profiles and attributes from Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ. You will select four attributes that you determine as the most impactful. The selected attributes should group identities in a way that aligns with your organization’s structure and access needs. You can update or change your selections at any time.
AI core attributes unify how identity attributes are managed across the following SailPoint AI features:
- Role Insights
- Role Discovery
- Access Request Recommendations
- Certification Recommendations
- Identity Outliers
Sadly the configuration didn’t seem available in the tenants I had access to, and found out that right now it’s only available to newly created tenants (was also told this will eventually come to existing tenants, but no firm dates and to expect to hear more in Q1 or Q2).
Question: For those of you with new tenants, how was the experience for improving things like reccomendations? There’s documentation discussing “relevance ratings” from SailPoint - how did you feel like those worked?
