We have following system features enabled in our non-prod tenant. But still can’t see anything in Outliers or Role Insights or Recommendations during access requests/reviews. Can you please help what needs to be done.

Yes, tried everything but not sure why nothing is showing up. Do I have to raise support ticket or professional services team needs to enable anything in our tenant? Any idea?
Yes, I remember we had to purchase the AI module in order to get Access Modeling, Access Insights and there was some setup that was required regarding mapping some attributes to the attributes that the AI operations were going to use. We set everything up through our CSM and professional services to get things going.
Yes, you need to have the IAI module to get this feature.
