Exchange Mail Box Creation through SailPoint IdentityNow

Hi Team,

I am trying to create exchange mail box through SailPoint IdentityNow. In the Create Account Profile section, the basic fields like mail, mail nick name, homeMDB, msExchHideFromAddressLists are filled in.

However, I am getting the attached error(Object not found exception).
Seeking inputs from you.

Have you setup the exchange settings within AD connector configuration?

Yes, Exchange Settings like Exchange Host name, Service Account and Password are given in the AD Connector configuration. However, we do have not given account forest details added.

Can you tell me what timezone your org is in? I can check our logs to see if I can get more information on the cause.

I’m sorry, one more question: do you have the system ID for the identity in question? (feel free to DM me with that rather than publicly posting). If you don’t have that ID, you can also send me the account ID from the Identity summary page.
