FYI for others trying to do this, when setting “preserve mailbox” flag in Exchange Online, the attribute msExchUserHoldPolicies gets set on premise on the users Active directory account.
fetching this attribute from Azure - msExchLitigationHoldDate - does not seem possible with the connector. Tried EXO_msExchLitigationHoldDate and EXO_cloudmsExchLitigationHoldDate and cloudmsExchLitigationHoldDate. msExchUserHoldPolicies provides a workaround as attribute that can be aggregated and exposed in IDN.

Hi Phebe,
Welcome to SailPoint Developer community, Appreciate for sharing the knowledge here.
Never used Exchange stuff at the connector level, used PowerShell script invoking through Native Rules for all the Exchange requirements.
Thanks
Krish
