I’ll look into whether these are supported in the connector, and add them to the documentation if I can. If I can, I will share the Jira issue to track that work.
@jason545454 - Can you provide more information to help our team understand how to best address it? Specifically, the engineering team wants to know if you need to support these user types, or if you have a use case where you need to manage these user types in the Salesforce connector. At the moment, the Salesforce connector does not support these users.
I spoke with our engineering team and the product management team. They confirmed that the ability to manage these user types isn’t supported at this time. You’re being encouraged to post this request into our Ideas Portal. As features are improved, we’ll be sure to update our documentation to reflect those changes.
Encouraging people to post on Ideas Portal gives the impression that product management team read the ideas. I dont believe this is an accurate assessment.
