  • We have integrated Azure AD in SailPoint and are managing DLs and shared mailboxes. We are pulling shared mailboxes into Entitlement catalog by enabling “Promote Managed attributes” option during Azure AD account aggregation task.
  • We observed in the Entitlement catalog that Shared mailboxes are not showing proper display names instead it is only showing the ID values as attached in the below screenshot. Kindly let me know for any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hi @LalithyaReddy,

you can change the display attribute on schema and choose another one:

or you can add/change columns into entitlementCatalogTableColumns key from UIConfig into Debug:

or you can write a customization rule for group and change/clean the attribute that you see:
