I have a problem when the SAP ECC PRD role is assigned to a collaborator, it displays this error. What type of error would this be?

The error typically looks like the record you are trying to update from ISC is already being modified by another SAP process.
You can check with you SAP application team with the timing of your activity and the details of the ID 9902019 to see what is causing the account lock.

I understand, for example on that day a series of roles were requested for this identity, if these requests that occurred there in the isc request center are made several in a row, could an error appear?
Is it as if one access was already being processed and then several more were requested afterwards?

That could possibly happen with the parallel processing of ISC and how SAP behaves in such case.
There was a recent discussion about how the WF loop operations were failing as they were running parallelly and SAP could not process these.

hey @kaiolima , thats is very explicit. Another user locked the user you’re trying to assign the access.
