When we add new entitlements to user using access request, it is not getting updated for the user as an entitlement group in debug, though I can see it entitlements page of the user and in entitlement catalogue as well. When I trigger a certification, the additional entitlements are not showing for the user in certification. Any fixes?
Ensure the aggregation for the target application or system has run successfully. Newly requested entitlements may appear in the user’s entitlement page but won’t be reflected in the entitlement group until aggregation updates are applied.

Even after AD aggregation, its still the same.
When you say “entitlement group” do you mean IdentityEntitlement object?
