Can we show an entitlement for one workgroup users in manage access request page..means only that workgroup users should be submitt a request for that entitlement
Hi @sureshbommareddy98 , yes you can. You will need to go to Global Settings >QuickLink Populations. Adjust what users can request in this section:
You may want to restrict that Entitlement from the Everyone Population and then add a new population for the Workgroup where that Entitlement is not restricted. Doing this will make sure the Entitlement does not appear on the Manage Access page for users who are not members of the Workgroup. Let me know if you need any more guidance.

yes it can be done, just go to global setting, quicklink and select the quicklink, and in Enti then write a rule to show the entitlement to one groups, in the section where it says what members can request, and in entitlements.
