Requestable entitlements are not showing up in manage access even after running a full text index refresh task

Hi @aditya_pathak ,

So - the entitlements appear in the entitlement catalogue as requestable, but when you navigate to the ‘Manage Access’->‘Manage User Access’ , you select a user or users, and then in the entitlements page you see no entitlements?

Quick questions:
By default, nothing will show up on the entitlement page - you need to click the ‘search’ icon (magnifying glass) to make the entitlements appear. Does this not work?

Do you have any quicklink populations configured? (‘Global Settings’->‘Quicklink Populations’) that might be restricting what your logged in user is able to see?

  1. yes, entitlements are requestable (verified in entitlement catalogue).

  2. search item is not able to locate the entitlement

  3. couldn’t see any such restriction
