We’re excited to announce that the Workday Accounts connector (SaaS, and VA based) now supports Workday Implementer and Integration System Users as “accounts” in the Identity Security Cloud!
Consultants get Implementer account access to tenants during both initial and subsequent deployments with the Workday product. These type of account can be assigned to any security groups. Users with an Implementer account are provided access to all sections of the system for configuration, modification, and handling of both company and personal identifiable data.
In the Workday system, an Integration System User (ISU) refers to a Workday Account utilized for executing integrations and web services. This is specifically designated as a "system user” and not assigned to a person record. It can have an email address associated with the account.
Managing these accounts enhances governance and bolsters security through access management.
With these accounts support, now Workday Accounts connector supports following account types,

- Service Centre Representative (SCR) Accounts
- External Learner Accounts
- Implementer Accounts
- Integration System Accounts
