Hi Team

We are trying to integrate Workday Accounts connector in our sailpoint IDN tenant for Certification purpose. When we run aggregation, we are not able to see few types of users like “Implementers”, “Integration users”, “service center Representatives” and “Recruiting users”, though we have included these in our Additional settings.Can you please help us on this

And for USER_BASED_SECURITY_GROUPS, we are seeing some groups as
USER-BASED_SECURITY_GROUP-3-7 along with normal groups
Is there a way we can eliminate these kind of groups

Hi Madala,

Can you please confirm that you’ve connected with OAuth2.0 and not basic? The user types you’re describing are not available if you’re using basic authentication.

Please also double check that you’ve got the correct permissions: OAuth 2.0 Authentication

Is there any specific security permission in workday ,which the workday team has to look into to fetch “implementers” and “Integration system Users”. Please suggest.

For implementers, you should have
Workday Query Language → Report/ Task Permissions → Modify access

For Integration System users, you should have
Integration Security → Report/ Task Permissions → Put access
