We’re releasing ServiceNow Service Catalog for Identity Security Cloud V5.2, focused on faster discovery, clearer access requests, and simpler administration for your catalog teams and end users.

- Find the right access faster — A new free-text search widget (with configurable options) searches ISC entitlements metadata and tags, so requesters spend less time hunting and more time requesting what they need.
- Clearer, richer request context — Access object descriptions now appear on the request item, and HTML from ISC renders for end users, so people understand what they’re asking for before they submit.
- More reliable search — Search behavior is improved, including better handling of special characters, so results match what users type.
- Flexibility for your ISC setup — You can turn off ISC multi-account features when your organization doesn’t use them, reducing noise and complexity in the catalog.
- Smoother admin workflows — Encoded query support for access object selection, a remove tab for that flow, and widget-level control over which tabs (Roles, Access Profiles, Entitlements) appear — so you can tune the experience without leaning on the Setup page for every change.
