Enhancement: Service Catalog UI

A redesign of the service catalog will supplement alignment of customer categorization and the services we deliver. This improvement is designed to enhance clarity, precision, and usability across our support ecosystem- ensuring that customers can more easily identify the services they need and engage with SailPoint through the most appropriate channels.

:red_exclamation_mark: Problem

In our commitment to continuous improvement, we’ve identified an opportunity to create a more streamlined experience for our customers. We recognize that our current service catalog can sometimes be challenging to navigate, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact service needed without assistance.

:light_bulb: Solution

This redesign betters our customer experience through stronger descriptions of services as well as specialized forms and information gathering up-front. Furthermore, genius results have been added when searching for services on the support portal. This will make a link to a specific form available to customers when their search aligns with a service available in the service catalog.
