Enhancement: Non-Employee Risk Management UI Improvements

The Non-Employee Risk Management team is pleased to announce UI refinements that provide a clearer, more cohesive user experience, while also ensuring consistent use of core design components across the application.


:wrench: Enhancement Details

The following updates have been made to the Non-Employee Risk Management UI. Examples show both the before and after state of the UI. Please note examples are not exhaustive, and screenshots have not been provided for every instance of each UI update.

Consistent capitalization

The first letter is capitalized for table column labels and button labels.

Elimination of redundant page headings

Where applicable, headings and subheadings have been modified or removed to address redundancy.

Removal of page heading icons

Icons no longer display next to page headings.

Left navigation label changes

In the Collaboration section of the admin left navigation, User Roles has been renamed to Portal User Roles and Workflows has been renamed to Portal Workflows.

Table header changes

The following table headers have been updated.

Profile type drop down in user detail views

Profile types now display in a dropdown instead of as tabs for both the Admin β†’ Collaboration β†’ Portal Users and Admin β†’ System β†’ Users details pages.

Sub tabs in the main navigation tab area

Sub tabs for Admin β†’ System β†’ Branding and Dashboard β†’ Lifecycle β†’ Needs Action pages now display in the primary navigation tab area so they are consistent with the rest of the application.

The sub tabs that display in the primary navigation tab area of the Admin β†’ Lifecycle β†’ Workflows page now persist to the workflow details page and all of its child tabs.

Updates to icons that used legacy color palette

Tables that utilized legacy icon colors have been updated to the current design standard.

Based on customer feedback, we’re continuing to enhance the Non-Employee Risk Management UI to deliver an even more polished and consistent experience. These refinements reinforce the cohesive, high-quality user experience customers expect from SailPoint.

Customers that utilize screenshots of their environment for internal documentation or other collateral should updates those items, particularly any references to UI labels that have been renamed or removed as part of this enhancement.

Please notify your CSM if you need an extension for Production deployment to accommodate your documentation updates.

Has the ability to edit certain tables been removed? For example I am positive I have edited the requests table before to display or remove certain attributes but now I do not see the requests table in the list of configurable tables.

Hi Alex - that is a current bug with the Request and Actions tables that our teams are working on. We aim to get a fix out as soon as possible for it.
