SailPoint® is excited to announce that IQService-Sep-2024 is going to be available in the sandbox environments on September 19, 2024 and production on September 26, 2024.
This release will include following latest features and enhancements:
Compatibility with IPv6
Communicating over Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).
Connector specific capabilities
Supports HCL Domino version 14.0 for the SailPoint HCL Domino connector.
Fetching the owners’ data for all the Distribution Groups accurately using the SailPoint Microsoft Entra ID connector.
Action Required
In case, you have already configured the UpdateService which is healthy, then IQService must be getting auto updates in your environment. If not, you can upgrade to Sep-2024 manually.
Note: This auto update is only applicable for 64-bit IQServices. Updates to 32-bit IQService deployments, which is used by only HCL Domino Source, require manual updates.

is there any plan to do this for the Active Directory connector as well? it would be great if the AD group owner could be automatically set as the Entitlement owner, or at least give an option to enable that.
What kind of testing can be/should be performed from the Admin side to validate all functions related to IQService are still working properly, after the update is pulled?
If load balancer, test connectivity for all servers
Ensure Active directory accounts are working properly.
A. If exchange, ensure mailbox are being created
B. If sharepoint, ensure accounts are being created
C. Attribute Sync, ensure it is working still
D. Azure, ensure accounts are being created
E. Windows Local Source are being read/write
F. HCL Domino ensure accounts are being created
Validate any native rules are still being triggered
Validate and Note the dates for your certificates expiration ← Big one.
Hi @dinesh_mishra, we do not use Update Service on our context so we download it manually through the Active Directory source configuration part. The new version is still not available, when will it be ?
