Enforce role and access profile via API

Hi, I am looking for an option to enforce a particular role or access profile to set of users or on a single user via rest API, could you please suggest your input on this.
FYI role has access profile which internally has an entitlement assigned.

You should try via Access Request API, auto approve again via API, if applicable.

Note: If user already has the underlying entitlements on a source, access profiles will be automatically detected.
