Encountering errors while integrating ISC with Postman in the SB environment

  • I am able to fetch data successfully from another tenants but sb environment facing issues.

  • Yes.
  • All APIs are working correctly in one tenant, but with the current setup I’m unable to pull records from IDN in another tenant

Change the domain to identitynow-demo . Remove the .com from the domain . Let me know if it works.

I’ve also seen when people fill out an environment and forget to select it in the drop down up at the top right of the screen. Pull up your postman console and ensure the URL is being populated. If it is and you get some sort of 4xx response from the call, then it’s more than likely the wrong domain as @naveenkarthikkrk mentioned. Identitynow-demo domains are typically for partners, ambassadors, and other demo specific tenants
