I am using Postman and I am unable to authenticate in what appears to be an issue with the Pre-request Script. Although I have added the variables the Post URL is unable to resolve my tokenUrl as it is not entering my tenant name. What am I doing wrong? Error DNSLookup: EBADNAME .api.identitynow.com.

You will need to configure your Postman environment variables to match your tenant details.
Thanks, that error has been addressed and now I am receiving JSONError: Unexpected token ‘<’ at 1:1

Disregard, I have found my mistake.
What was your mistake, if you don’t mind sharing? It could help others who make the same mistake.
The mistake I made was entering the incorrect domain name in the environment variable. I entered identitynow.com instead of just identitynow.
