Emails sent from workflow not showing in search

Running into an issue where emails being sent from workflow (using the send email action) don’t show up in search using this query:

name:“Send Email*” AND (target.name:"[email protected]")

Anyone have this issue? Is it a platform bug?

Please revise the search query once. I have received the correct report via search using the same query, which you have posted.

name:"Send Email*" AND target.name:"Email_ID"

Check the mentioned target is found.
