Workflow Send Email Action - Audit Event

Hello All,

I noticed the Workflow Action - Send Email does not appear to generate a Send Email Passed/Failed audit events that are retrievable via search.

Is this working as expected, a gap in functionality, or a configuration issue?

Thanks for bringing this up Blaise. I forwarded this to our Workflows team, and it looks like a gap in functionality. The email events should be showing up in search, but they aren’t. The team is looking into it.

We looked into this on the backend service that manages Email/Messaging. Currently it is not capturing success fail by design. Please create an enhancement request for this.

Yikes, this is considered an enhancement and not a defect? :frowning:

I would have thought that audit events in a security product should be a standard requirement, especially so when other features in the product already audit email events.

Oh well…
