Could you guide how to proceed ?

I have a query regarding digital signature on the Auto-generted emails. I want to make the changes in email notification such a way that the recepient gets the mail which says Signed or signed by.

@Anas4everin : Looks like you had the similar requirement. Were you able to implement it?
