Email Template for Manual Task - disconnected application

Hi All,

Is there any email which would be sent to the user who is assigned with Manual provisioning task? I couldn’t find any email template for this purpose.

We have a scenario where we would like to send email to the user when a new manual workitem is created for them to be completed for any disconnected application. How do we achieve it?

Hi Archana,

There is an email that is sent daily to any identities who have open IdentityNow tasks - it’s the “Pending Task Daily Digest”. Please see here for more details: Email Template: Task Manager Subscription - Compass
